For multi-location providers

A group view across your CQC-registered locations

Verivius v1 ships one workspace per CQC-registered location, which fits the single-location buyer cleanly. If you run a group of locations (a care group with multiple homes, a multi-clinic group, a regional patient-transport contractor), the group-level rollup is what you need on top. Provider Overlay Lite is that rollup, in active build for v1.5.

What the group view does

One read-only dashboard above your workspaces. You see:

  • Aggregated counts across every CQC-registered location in your group: open incidents, overdue notifications, safeguarding-in-progress, requires-attention items.
  • Per-location breakdown: the same counts split per workspace so you can see which location is contributing what.
  • Drill-down: click any workspace from the group view and you enter that workspace with the same navigation you would use day-to-day. Workspace-level permissions still apply.

That is everything Provider Overlay Lite does at v1.5. Daily work, recording an incident, closing a complaint, signing off a safeguarding referral, still happens in the individual workspace. The group view is for the governance lead reading the rollup, not for the team running the day.

What it is not (and what comes in v2)

Lite is read-only aggregation plus drill-down. The following are explicitly NOT in Lite and ship in the v2 full Provider Overlay when the commercial signal warrants it:

  • Cross-workspace search (find an incident by ID across all your locations).
  • Group-level reporting (a single monthly oversight pack that spans every location).
  • Cross-workspace bulk operations (close all open incidents across every location). This one is a deliberate governance hazard; we will not ship it lightly even in v2.
  • Provider-level audit log (a consolidated audit trail across workspaces).
  • Provider-level configuration (group-wide training topics, group-wide policy library).
  • Single Sign-On (SAML / OIDC) for enterprise-scale providers.
  • Provider-level user management UI. Lite uses founder-assisted setup for adding group-level users to your account.

We are honest about this gap because we would rather you sign up knowing what you get than be surprised after the fact. If your group needs any of the v2 items today, get in touch and we will tell you whether your timeline matches our build order; if it does not, we will say so.

Billing for multi-location providers

Each workspace bills separately by default, one Stripe subscription per CQC-registered location at the published per-location tier. The group view does not change the billing model.

If you need a single invoice across multiple locations (consolidated billing), we can configure that manually at sign-up. Get in touch on the discovery call.

Who Lite is built for

The right shape:

  • A care group running 3 to 25 CQC-registered locations, wanting governance-lead visibility across them.
  • A multi-clinic group with a single governance lead who needs the rollup but not group-level edit surfaces.
  • A regional patient-transport contractor running multiple operating bases under one CQC registration plus separate CQC-registered legal entities.

Not the right shape (yet):

  • Enterprise providers (50+ CQC-registered locations, SSO requirement, cross-workspace bulk operations expected). That is the full v2 Provider Overlay; we will build it when the right commercial signal arrives.
  • NHS trusts (different model entirely; not in Verivius scope).
  • Providers who need group-level configuration today (group-wide training topics, group-wide policy library). Coming in v2; not in Lite.

Status: in active build

Provider Overlay Lite is the v1.5 pull-forward of the v2 Provider Overlay. The architecture (three new tables for providers, provider-workspaces, provider-users; middleware resolving group-level access at log-in; the group-view dashboard) is fully specified and queued in the build programme.

Trigger to start the build, per our published sequencing discipline, is the first paid multi-CQC-location prospect signing a letter of intent. We do not pull this forward on speculation because each week spent on it is a week not spent on per-seat metering or training-matrix work that existing paying customers will use sooner.

If you are a multi-location provider seriously considering Verivius, get in touch on the form below. A signed LOI from your team is exactly the signal we are listening for.

Get on the multi-location early-access list

Tell us about your group: how many CQC-registered locations, what sector, who the group-level governance lead is, what the rollup question you cannot answer today is. Early-access providers get a direct line to Klaudiusz during the build and discounted launch terms once Provider Overlay Lite ships.

Already running Verivius across multiple workspaces and want to know the order of operations once Lite ships? Read the year-one case study for the single-location shape today, then the discovery call covers the multi-location adaptation.
