The first cohort. Honest terms.

If you join as a design partner:

• 50% off your subscription for the first 12 months. After 12 months you continue at standard pricing or you walk. No auto-escalation without your consent.
• The Verivius Mock Inspection at the design-partner rate (£2,500 instead of the £3,500 retail price, net of VAT, see pricing), conducted by a Verivius-aligned consultant. One location, one or more regulated activities.
• A direct line to me for support, questions, and product feedback. Not a ticket queue.
• Roadmap input that materially shapes what we build in v1.5 and v2.

This is a partnership, not a free trial.

• Actual use of the platform for governance work. Real records opened, real supervisions conducted, real evidence attached.
• A feedback call every 4 to 6 weeksfor the first six months. 30 to 45 minutes, focused, structured. I'll bring questions; you bring your usage.
• Permission to use your anonymised usage data to refine the product. I never see patient names. I never share what I see with anyone outside the Verivius team.
• Reasonable patienceas features mature. v1 is shipping. Not everything is polished. Some workflows take 2 clicks today that should take 1. I'll fix the ones you flag.

• Your name as a public reference, unless you actively opt in.
• Your logo on the Verivius website, unless you actively opt in.
• A case study, testimonial, or LinkedIn post, unless you actively opt in.
• Access to any clinical data outside your own account.

If you opt in to any of these later because the product worked for you, I'll thank you. I won't ask you to opt in as a condition of the discount.

The design partner cohort is small. I'm prioritising:

• Small CQC-regulated independent providers (1 to 5 locations).
• Sectors: independent secondary care, dental, adult social care, GP, independent ambulance, termination of pregnancy services.
• An owner, Registered Manager, or practice manager who can commit to the feedback calls.
• A real governance need today, not "we might use this eventually".

I'm NOT a fit for:

• NHS Trusts. Verivius is built for the independent provider model; the NHS Trust model is different and beyond what v1 supports.
• Pre-CQC-registration providers. The platform assumes you're operating, not in registration.
• Providers seeking a free trial without engagement.

In the spirit of an honest partnership, here's what's missing in v1 today:

• Sector packs for Dental, Adult Social Care, GP, Independent Ambulance, and Termination of Pregnancy services. I'm building these now. If you're in one of these sectors when you join, you'll be running on Independent Secondary Care defaults until your sector pack lands.
• Native mobile apps. The platform works on mobile browsers; dedicated apps are a v2 question.
• Cross-organisation portability for training records. A v2 design.
• DSCR and EMR integrations. A v2 design.

A short conversation. No long form.
